These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AbleTap.io, the website and launch waitlist for AbleTap, a product operated by Chill, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("AbleTap," "Chill," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
AbleTap.io is an informational website that describes AbleTap and lets you join our launch waitlist. It does not yet provide the AbleTap product or require an account.
By joining the waitlist you ask us to email you about AbleTap's launch and related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or availability at launch.
The AbleTap and Chill names, logos, wordmarks, the companion characters and their artwork, brand voice, visual identity, and the content and code of this website are the intellectual property of Chill, LLC and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this website for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
This website may link to third-party sites (including chill.support and imparted.io). When you follow a link you leave AbleTap.io, and the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply to your activity there.
This website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Descriptions of AbleTap's planned features are for information only and may change before launch.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of this website. Our total liability for all claims related to this website shall not exceed $50 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Who sends them: Chill, LLC, for AbleTap: texts an AbleTap user sends to people their caregiver has added as contacts, and replies from our support line.
How you opt in: by agreeing to be added as a contact in AbleTap, or by texting us first. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll get one confirmation text and no more messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@abletap.io.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy; we never share your phone number or opt-in consent for marketing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
