The AbleTap and Chill names, logos, wordmarks, the companion characters and their artwork, brand voice, visual identity, and the content and code of this website are the intellectual property of Chill, LLC and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this website for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
This website may link to third-party sites (including chill.support and imparted.io). When you follow a link you leave AbleTap.io, and the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply to your activity there.
This website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for all claims related to this website shall not exceed $50 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
