AbleTap is a Chill, LLC product. We are a small team, and we read every message. This page covers the AbleTap.io website, the launch waitlist, and how to reach us while the app is still coming soon.

AbleTap is coming soon. It is not on the App Store yet, and there is no public subscription to manage. Families on the waitlist are not charged. Launch pricing will be published with the product — joining the waitlist does not lock in a price or create a purchase.

What to include

A short note is enough. If something is not working on a device that already has AbleTap, please include:

Your name and the best email to reply to
iPad model and iOS version, if you know them
Which part you were using — Talk (AAC), Watch (TV), Call, or the website / waitlist
What you expected, and what happened instead

Waitlist

Join from the AbleTap.io homepage. You can ask us to remove your email at any time. The waitlist is free and is not a purchase, a trial, or a guarantee of beta access.

Billing

AbleTap is not sold yet. There is nothing to cancel in Apple ID settings, and we cannot issue an App Store refund because there is no App Store listing.

When the app launches, paid features (if any) will be billed by Apple in the iOS app unless we publish a separate web checkout. We will update this page then, including how to change or cancel a plan.

We do not currently bill Medicaid, private insurance, schools, or clinics. If you are a professional asking about future funding, email us and we will keep a note — that path is not available today.
